“Great Faith provided our family with caregivers that were excellent! Rachel took care of my uncle full-time for over two years. She was the most helpful, kind and compassionate caregiver you could ask for! He had a difficult time opening up to people over the last couple of years. A lot of other agencies/caregivers wouldn’t have the patience to handle his certain needs due to his difficulties with his sight. Rachel made him feel important by remembering all of his needs/routine immediately to make him feel comfortable & he warmed up to her quickly! We consider her part of the family. Great Faith makes sure all of the caregivers are Certified Nurses Aides and trains them with the routine before they provide services. When Rachel was not available another aide would come in and train with Rachel to understand his routine and allow him to be comfortable before hand. Highly recommend this agency!”
