(March 7, 2023, 5:18 pm)Have been going an average of six days per week. Absolutely love it. I walk every day on the track in comfort. Keeps me out of the cold. Also do a few hoops now and then.

(January 21, 2022, 8:12 pm)The Y offers many different opportunities to make fitness FUN! The times when classes are offered are good and the ability to join a class when it works for you without a commitment is great. The people are friendly and always there to answer a question or help. The pool and aquatic center are clean, well-kept and open for free swim most of the time. Our Y is a very welcoming, comfortable place.
