(December 3, 2021, 11:35 am)When I say this place has changed my life. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE! The coaches are some of the most positive and uplifting, always pushing us to push ourselves. If you are like me and you need guidance and education on all things health and fitness, they have your back! I've never felt better since I started there last year in November 2020. One year later and I'm never leaving!

(September 28, 2020, 1:58 pm)I've tried a few gyms before fbbc like kickboxing, crossfit, and others and have always not really enjoyed working out. But ever since coming here the workouts are fun, they keep you motivated and address any concerns you have. Everyone is so welcoming and it is a comfortable atmosphere. I won't ever go anywhere else now that I found this gym!!! I actually look forward to my workout everyday now.
