(October 18, 2019, 12:07 am)My husband and I visited Warm N Cozy in Columbia, Illinois on October 17, 2019. I loved the atmosphere of the store. It was very clean and artfully arranged. The samples were well done. The prices were reasonable. The owners were very friendly. We visited about local quilt shops and how vital they are to the quilting community.
I was having trouble understanding how to cut bias binding. One of the owners did a step-by-step demo for me and allowed me to take pictures of each step. I am sure that chain stores and huge quilt stores don’t take time for that personal touch.
It is well worth your time to stop in and see what the shop has to offer.
