  I recommend Paula for anyone with anxiety or simple everyday stress! She is truly amazing! I was incredibly nervous for my first session, but she was so kind and caring that I felt completely comfortable. I didn't expect the sound bowels to be so powerful, but was amazed by the results. After just one session, I felt more relaxed, had less stress, and had zero anxiety. I loved the entire experience! Highly, highly recommend!

  i absolutely loved everything about reiki session. Paula Rae is literally an angel. She explained thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the whole time, we talked before the session and i felt connected instantly, she is so sweet and kind.. i would recommend anyone to her❤️ the feelings i felt were so peaceful and moving, i connected deeper in myself during the session and when we talked about the session after it was beautiful how it related
