I'm sorry if I get her name wrong, but Jemeriah was the nurse assistant working at this location and she made me feel very welcomed and was overall a caring person. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or "tossed" aside. She and the Dr. who helped me are amazing people :)

I am so grateful that this urgent care opened in Waterloo. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They get you in super quick and the doctors take their time making sure you are heard and taken care of. They even called me a few days after my visit to check in on how I was feeling. If you need quick medical attention, I would highly recommend this place!

Upon a long wait time, they allowed me to go home and return an hour later which was great. I did end up waiting another hour when I went back and I think my chart was overlooked so people that got there after me were brought back first. The nurse there told me it was her first day so that made sense. Other than that, they got me in and only did the necessary tests for my symptoms and got me out of there as quickly as they could. They were all very sweet and understanding. They even sent my prescription over very quickly and I was able to get my meds within 10 mins of leaving urgent care and just before the pharmacy closed. Overall it was great and I would go back.

Very pleasant staff. Professional. Gave me the feeling they actually cared which was very nice. Doctor was very through and nice, was genuinely concerned about me. Very comforting to know we have a very capable and professional urgent care here in town. Extremely clean too I might add.
