Reside Here

Once again, I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about Reside Here, where I have actually resided now for 12 years. I absolutely love the space there and my neighbors are friendly. I would certainly recommend this place of residency to anyone. It is a clean and safe place to live. Take some time to stop by and check them out. You won't be disappointed...

I've lived in Sangamon for just over 6 months and my experience with Reside Here has been great! The complex is clean and well taken care of, and maintenance requests are complete promptly. Shortly after I moved in, my hot water heater broke and they replaced it the same day! I would recommend renting from Reside Here to anyone.

My husband and I have been living on Sunrise Drive for over 2 years now. It is very spacious and well worth the price. Our building is quiet and well kept! They recently renovated the entrance doors with code locks to ensure safety of the residents! I love it here and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious unit for a good price.

I have been with Reside Here for a couple of years now. Reside Here is very good with communicating with their tenants in a timely manner. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only problems I have encounter is with the neighbors kids running and jumping throughout their apartments. They stay upstairs on the opposite side and I can still hear everything. Other than that I love my place.

HD Painting and Stain has been renting a space from Reside Here for only a couple of months. During the process of getting in the building the staff was helpful and always attentive to our questions, concerns and thoughts about the property. We met with the owner and enjoyed a good conversation about our vision and he was very receptive and willing to work with us. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
