Have been seeing Dr. Mann for many years. The office staff is on top of things: friendly, courteous, professional, organized, knowledgeable, timely and Dr. Mann is always professional, pleasant, and very patient oriented. He amazes me with the information he can just supply on a whim. An exceptional doctor with a very competent staff.
I can not recommend Dr Mann enough! He is the only doctor I have ever had who pushes for answers and doesn't give up. He fights for his patients. I have been going to Dr Mann for about five years now. There tends to be a lengthy wait in the waiting room but that's because he gives each patient quality care. If you're looking for a retina specialist he's your best choice!
Dr. Mann has taken excellent care of my vision. I have a rare retina condition that has to be constantly monitored, and at time requires injections into my eyes. Dr. Mann and his staff always ensure that the procedure is done as quickly as possible. And also that I am comfortable before, during, and after.
Dr Mann and his staff are very professional and supportive. The one time I was worried about recovery from a treatment over a weekend, I called his service and he returned my call a few minutes later. He told me exactly what to watch out for and how to contact him directly if I needed him to meet me at the office. I felt very reassured and well cared for.
