Tiffany is a breath of fresh air after having to deal with Kuenkle Whittenaur, the former management group. It took them 2 years to replace my refrigerator and they never replaced my stove. Tiffany got it done in a couple weeks! I see improvements since Riverside has taken over and I’m okay paying more with great service. Keep up the the good work!!

Riverside has been the property management company for my rental properties since 2018. Being a remote landlord, I rely on Riverside for everything from marketing, rent collection to maintenance. They have made things super easy for me with their professional and transparent management. Their owner Hassan is awesome, and their staff I’ve dealt with, Tiffany, Eva, Alex, are all super friendly and reliable. I have been with riverside for three years and renting from them has helped me build a great relationship with their establishment, prior to being a great tenant I was able to build great rapport which helped me obtain my new home. Riverside is really good on the work orders and up keep on their properties. I've always called to report (minor)problems & they've always sent someone out to asset the situation promptly! The maintenance men are all very professionals who meet the criteria for every situation. They work with you to make sure of what you're wanting done(fixed) as well as making sure your satisfied before leaving. I've seen them go above & beyond for their tenants whether it's rain, sleet, hail or snow they are on the way! They're always just a call away! I truly appreciate Jason as well as the other handy men that are on staff at Riverside. Keep up the GREAT WORK guys!!!!
