(April 15, 2014, 11:39 pm)The Signal Hill area is a hidden gem on the West End of Belleville and this school plays a prominent role in this family driven community. Be aware that this school is not served by any buses, but don't let that stop you from considering this school. My children have attended all facets of the school curriculums from Pre-K to 8th grade and I couldn't have asked for better teachers that cared more about their students and communicated with parents. The music program is wonderful. Sports are focused on teaching a team effort and fun. The PTO is excellent, providing a huge amount of parental involvement. You couldn't ask for a better public school.
