There are few companies in my experience that deserve 5 star reviews. The times we live in breed a lackadaisical attitude towards the nature of business. One finds himself wanting in the desire to receive professional and efficient service. But when my humble townhome received horrific water damage, SERVPRO was there. The simplest way to describe this company is professionalism manifest. And yet, this description almost does this fine company a disservice. How could I possibly sum up the level of care I received and the satisfaction I was left with in such a short review? The answer is I can’t. But that man, Corey was his name, provided what I consider to be the pinnacle of water damage related cleanup and repair. And by God on high did he clean. He cleaned and cleaned and cleaned until there was naught a speck of damage to my humble townhome. If any man is a sign that our future is not lost and that there are still strong, hardworking men out there. It is Corey.
i had a pipe burst in my bathroom this winter while i was out of town and my neighbor noticed and called servpro. corey came out that same day and took care of everything. super friendly and kept us informed. would definitely use them again
Albert and his crew were great to work with. They were informative, professional and answered all of our questions. It made the process a lot easier. I would highly recommend. :)
Cory and his team were wonderful and made a tough time so much easier. They managed to salvage a lot of our floors and ceilings. He knew right away the bathroom had extensive damage, and demo’ed it within 3 days. He communicated the issues to us - we understood exactly what was happening. His team was on time, efficient and very hard working. Cory is a great guy to work with - thanks Cory!
We had a faucet leak over our countertop and down to our hardwood floor. Corey and crew were out quickly and assessed the situation. They set up their equipment, advised what we needed to do, and within less than 50 hours from the start it was completely mitigated. We are very happy with the results and the service. Will definitely recommend them.
I'm staying here for business. Front desk was nice enough. Room (125) is not dirty. It's a good deal for my purposes. Will stay as long as no places closer to job are full.
This place was clean. The only thing i would say needs help is they need me pillows and when it's a king room there needs to be at least 4 pillows not 3 ( honestly that makes absolutely no since to only have 3 pillows on any bed bigger than a twin) and like i said they need new ones because the ones they have are foster than a pancake and they need to do some renovations in their bathrooms because the tiles are falling off the walls and they are just outdated. But besides that they are just fine.
