Ken is AMAZING! We have been with Ken for 17 years and he has always done us right. About ten years ago he had us go over our coverages and some were way to low. He helped us determine the best coverage. He has always be quick to call me back or make something happen when I need the help. I was in a rollover (I was totally fine) and unfortunately (maybe due to. COVID) I was assigned, by Allstate, an adjuster that wasn’t the quickest. Allstate finally decided to total the vehicle which was what we expected. Then they couldn’t decide on a price. Ken had encouraged us to get the Replacement Plan on our policy and we were so thankful. That meant that since my vehicle was only two years old they would pay for a new SUV as opposed to the value of it. After waiting a week to hear an amount I was so frustrated I finally called Ken. BAM! He fixed it. Within 30 minutes I had a call back from the adjuster with an amount but it was only paying for a 2019 not a 2020. I was disappointed but figured I had misunderstood. NOPE. Ken reread the policy and contacted the adjuster explaining they were wrong. Next day Ken called me to let me know I would be getting good news from Allstate. And I did. They would pay to replace my SUV with a 2020. Ken’s perseverance and willingness to take care of us saved us $12,996. Yes, that’s right. Having Ken as our agent saved us almost $13,000! So thankful for all of Ken’s hard work.
