(January 20, 2023, 9:33 pm)Out of all of the rental properties I have lived in, Park Terrace is by far the best! It’s very quiet and feels safe. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. In the summer, the pool is always clean. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to fix things.

(April 21, 2022, 7:12 pm)So today marks as my 1 month anniversary. So far my neighbors are wonderful and quiet. I have animals next door and above me and I wouldn’t of known that if I didn’t see them myself. The maintenance guys are great and very courteous. I really love this place. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. Knowing it’s off of Longacre Drive I don’t even here the traffic.

(November 22, 2021, 10:02 pm)Whenever I need assistance, I can always rely on a friendly and expeditious response from management and office staff. Being disabled, I tend to call on the assistance from PTA (Park Terrace Apt.) staff and I am never disappointed by theresponse time or the service.
