As someone under a lot of stress (**aren't we all?**), I always put off going to counseling because I felt like things would eventually settle themselves. But, after going through a major life transition, multiple things boiled up and I didn't want my emotional health to effect my family or work life, so I found Cindy's website and felt like she would be the most relatable person to talk to. She is! I like Cindy's office because it's like talking to a best friend that actually has good advice. She has helped me to stress less, set a realistic mindset, and increase my self-confidence both personally and professionally. I definitely recommend her!
Cindy is an amazing. My daughter has been going through a tough time and not only did Cindy counsel my daughter on what to do, but also took the time to speak with me on how to help her. My daughter now handles stressful situations much much better with the tools that Cindy has given her. Cindy listens and truly cares. I highly recommend her!
Cindy is the most approachable therapist you will encounter. She is able to adjust her therapeutic approach based on the specific needs of the individuals she counsels. Cindy is able to remain patient and level-headed during the most critical of times. I would highly recommend her services.
As an attorney, I have had the opportunity to work with Cindy on several cases. She is personally invested in seeing her clients succeed and does everything in her power to help them achieve a positive outcome. When she counsels teens, she works for them and focuses on their needs regardless of the impact on the parents. She does the right thing for her client, not what is best for the parent.
A good therapist is hard to find, but Cindy is outstanding. She listens and is attentive and really wants to see her patients succeed. She has a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Cindy if you are looking for someone to help your teenager.
