Had some trim between the driver's side front door and the back door that had become bent and was prohibiting me from opening the door smoothly. The part was ordered and service was performed two days later. Problem gone!
I wasn’t sure what my options would be upon entering Jack Schmitt Chevrolet. I wanted to trade my car off but wasn’t sure if I wanted new or pre-owned. Depending on how much I would get for my trade in would be the key factor in my decision. I was so impressed with my salesman Bill Benjamin. He discussed the trade in process and handed my keys over to General Manager, Tim Trelow. After inspecting my car, Tim gave me an offer I couldn’t pass up. I was so excited! Tim was kind and friendly and even though we had just met, he made me feel like we had known each other for years. Moving forward, I pointed out different vehicles I was interested in and Bill brought the keys out. Not once did Bill seem frustrated or annoyed with me, as I had experienced this in the past at other dealerships. Bill didn’t pressure me and he waited patiently for me to make my decision. I drove the vehicles but still didn’t feel like they matched me. Then I asked to see one more vehicle. Bill showed me the many features of this car and I instantly fell in love with it. As I sat in the driver’s seat, it felt right, like it fused with my body. After driving it, I knew this would be the car I was buying. I returned to the dealership and Bill introduced me to the finance consultant, Mike Fietsam. Mike was sincerely nice and helpful. We discussed warranty/payment options. This all came together so perfectly. The process was so easy. Before leaving the dealership in my brand new Chevy Blazer, Bill again went over its many features. He started at the rear of the vehicle and worked his way to the front. He showed me how to operate everything and said if I had any questions I could call him, but I should refer to the owners manual for backup. I love my new 2023 Chevy Blazer!! We really appreciated the online pricing. It’s nice to be able to set your budget and find a vehicle that works without having to guess where the price will end up. We drove in from Kansas City the day before Christmas Eve. Our time was valued by everyone we dealt with and we never had to deal with the standard heavy handed sales tactics we experience at most other dealerships. The finance portion of the deal was clear, straight forward, and without surprises.
Excellent - Arrived at closing time with a car on the tow truck. Service manager said he would get on it first thing in the morning. Understand. He called first thing the next day with a question and advise. Everything made sense. He said it would be ready around noon and it was. No complaints. Drove the vehicle to Chicago and back over the weekend with no issues. Thanks for the great service.
