Best customer service from service dept to management. Had a customized boat cover for bass boat and better and cheaper than quoted.Highy recommended. Supervisor came out to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I was.
Set up a trailer buy with Bob via email. Drove 200 miles for the pickup. Everything was exactly as discussed. Trailer is beautiful. It’s become rare to have things go right nowadays. Cope Marine gets an A+.
My wife and I recently moved from Wisconsin to the St. Louis area. When we did we sold our boat we had. This fall we bought a new to us used formula fastech. Every service center that I called to get the boat winterized and to have it gone through with a fine tooth comb acted like our boat was a huge inconvenience to them. Cope marine was the total opposite. Shane, the owner, was super willing to help us out with whatever we needed. In fact, the service was so good I’m writing this review before we even got the boat back! I’m a firm believer in trusting my gut and my gut says this is the best place around Saint Louis to take your boat!
We were wanting to purchase a deck boat and I found one at Cope Marine. The sales staff was great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of the operations or features of the boat. Cope Marine has a large selection of parts or accessories to set your boat up for your needs. The service department goes through each boat to make sure that the boat is ready for delivery.
We've been customers at Cope for years and have always had a good experience, but recently, Chris went above and beyond for us and I'm wowed. We had a bit of a hiccup with a recent small, retail purchase; but Chris' customer service and extra efforts to remedy the issue were truly five star. Thank you for your assistance. We will be back!
