He kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly and was so kind. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He even came out when I picked up my vehicle because I thought there were still scratches, but it turned out to be residue from the glue used to put the sensors back in. He cleaned that as well as wiped down any soap spots left behind. Then after I left, I realized I had left my keys in the rental car. Without hesitation, he told me he’d go out and grab them for me and have them ready for me, even offering to bring them out to me whenever I was ready to pick them up. I was very impressed with the overall experience with everyone I spoke with, from the ladies at the front desk to Adam. I have been to this place 3 times and each time these guys went above and beyond. I had to get my tire plugged and my low tire pressure dash light was still on so I went back as they were closing and Mr. Ed said “we’ll let me check all of your tires just to be sure the other tires are ok” he didn’t have to do that but he took his time checking all of my tires, deflating and inflating. I had too much air in one tire and not enough in the other… the dash light went right off. I really appreciate the service. I recommend this business for all of your tire needs. “My wife and I both had the 14oz Picanha, and we weren't sure what to expect of the hot stone thing. Now, it's our new favorite way to eat steak, and beat out 1818 as our new favorite steak place. They are different atmospheres though, Gauchos is medium-volume whereas 1818 is usually fairly quiet. But don't worry, you won't be able to hear anything over the sizzling of your steak on the 730 degree stone anyway. We can't wait to go back.”
