“Dope gym used by athletes to get down into their fitness game and to get healthy lots of meal prepping advice lots of nutritional advice and lots of love from other athletes. Encouragement is the upmost from this gem and team sportsmanship is second at most as well. This gym was started by a young cat and pursued by Him for the last 5+ years and is a really good guy will give advice in the shirt off his back for another person he’s about health and fitness and comes from a great family.”

“I go for their tanning beds, red light therapy, and massage chairs! You can not get these HIGH QUALITY beds, either stand up or lay down anywhere for 22 bucks a month. Will use their leg press, leg extension , and 360 area on chosen days when i want something different. The staff is cool enough but could be a bit more educated on their tanning equipment. Place is always clean and everything is in great shape and clean AF”

“I enjoyed to swimming pool and its not very deep at all great for children even for smaller children have there own swim area. They have a whirlpool and a small lazy river area to enjoy. The staff was helpful and polite. Its a nice place as well.”
