Freeburg Total Fitness

I started going to FTF in April of this year. I was looking for a personal trainer and a gym I could feel comfortable in. I knew I needed to start lifting weights but was so intimidated by it. Michael and all of the staff and members of the gym are so welcoming . Everyone is so supportive and always willing to help, a great gym family. I am thrilled with how my body is changing and could not have done it without the knowledge and support of a personal trainer. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

Great local gym! The people I’ve interacted with all seem like they are there to work hard and get better. The atmosphere is one that should make everyone comfortable to work out whether they are seasoned vets or new to weight lifting. Mike and his team do a great job!

Been going to Freeburg Total Fitness for a couple of years now. Great place. Friendly staff and patrons. I am an older guy and I feel completely comfortable working out at FTF.

I have also been doing personal training with Mike (the owner) for a little over a year. Having great success and have come to count on Mike’s expertise. He customizes your fitness plan to you and helps you meet your goals.

Reasonable rate (for family especially) with great value.

Lexi’s (Mike’s wife) HIIT classes are next on my list.

I have been training with Mike at FTF since Oct 2022 and love the gym and the training that he is giving me. For someone that hasn’t been to the gym in quite some time, Mike has been nothing short of great! I am seeing results and that is encouraging me to continue my journey. Both the staff and other members are very friendly and helpful.

Freeburg Total Fitness is an awesome gym! The atmosphere is excellent. The support staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been training with Mike for over 2 years and have seen amazing results. They've made some incredible upgrades since I've been working out here. It's not expensive at all, I highly recommend Freeburg Total Fitness!
