(October 26, 2020, 4:59 pm)Since we needed a car that we could pick up at airport in 1 city & drop at airport in another, we opted for a more economical sedan to defray drop off cost. We were overcome with smell of cigarettes & some kind of sickening sweet deodorizer when opening up the car. Tried to let it air out for a few but it was unbearable. Went back in to rental agent & was helped immediately even though there was a line waiting. Agent apologized & said car had just come in & handed us keys to a beautiful Infinity SUV @ no extra charge! Their response was fast, courteous, and much appreciated!! In this era of little to no customer service. this was a very nice surprise! Thank you Enterprise!

They also helped my mom during a stressful time as she was driving on a long trip through many stated in a Ford Transit. Thank you so much!!
(June 6, 2020, 5:21 pm)Above and beyond for customer satisfaction! I got quoted $500 and that wasn't including the $100 alignment with my 4 new tires... I ended up paying $421 and left with some great tires! I'm beyond thrilled with this business and they now have me as a loyal customer.
