I went to Sheila in desperate need of rest, relaxation, and healing. Sheila gave me the most amazing massage and energy healing session. Her personality is refreshing, friendly, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home when I arrived at her place. The experience was better than any I ever had for massage and body work. The room was beautiful, the table was comfortable, and the energy was powerful. Sheila is exceptionally empathetic and intuitive. She knew where to go physically, emotionally, and spiritually with my session. I am more than pleased with my time at Be Happy Wellness and I highly recommend her! She is amazingly talented. Lynn is an angel. She is petite and has grey hair, but don't let that fool you. She is an awesome masseuse who handled my tough knots very well. The hot stone was especially effective. I would highly recommend her for the massage and for her knowledge of health in general.
