Love 9Round and highly recommend. The trainers are great. All are very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. No intimidation, only motivation. I finally got back into a regular workout routine that I enjoy. Also, there’s nothing better than punching and kicking bags for stress relief!

FINALLY found a workout that I absolutely LOVE. Not only is the workout amazing but the trainers are just as amazing. Encouraging, motivating, fun, and lively are just a few words to describe EVERY single one of the trainers. Its only been a little over a month for me but I am already seeing a huge difference!! No matter if you’re a beginner or not, 9Round is for everyone. Love love love 9Round and would recommend it to everyone!

As a mom of two young kiddos, I never thought I would have the time for an out of the house gym routine, but 9rounds has been a perfect fit to my crazy busy schedule. It’s the fastest full body work I have ever done. You are in and out at whatever time works best for you because there are no scheduled times. You walk in, jump on a station and get going. Everyday is a new workout to target different muscle groups. Oh and plus, the staff is amazing! They are there to teach you, push you, but also give great modifications if needed. Highly recommend for a great butt kicking! The good kind!
