(May 2, 2023, 7:09 pm)Called to get a sump pump installed, but when Kevin came out, he explained the water in the pit could be related to the drain tile, and may not need a pump. Greatly appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell something we may not need. Highly recommend preferred plumbing!

(December 27, 2022, 1:16 pm)My pipes in my garage burst the day after Christmas, I was quite frantic being a first time home owner and not knowing what to do. But I called Preferred Plumbing after trying to get service with other companies and they got me right in for the next day. The service guy arrived during the time window given of 8a-12p. He was very informative, assessed everything and made the repairs in a timely manner. A-1 SERVICE!!!!! I definitely will be using them again.
