Excellent customer service! I dread car buying because car salesman normally 100% turn me off! From the time I walked into Auffenberg Volkswagen, I knew it was going to be a better experience than I’ve had before. Everyone there was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend! I even drove right over 3 hours to get there!

The show room is beautiful, everyone is super kind. I was there for a few hours and was asked multiple times if I was hungry or needed something to drink. Brenden Grills went above and beyond for me and still allows me to call him with questions even weeks later. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I needed a car basically that day, and I left in a short amount of time with a car I am in love with. Thank you Brenden and team volkswagen!!!

I can say without a doubt that VW-Marion, IL is the best service and buying experience I have every had. It's just a professional environment unlike anything I have ever witnessed. They are efficient and get you in and out. Little things like: when you go to leave the dealership your car is parked right outside the door on the drivers side. Seems simple but not that common.

My dad and I had a great experience with the entire team. Everything went smoothly. Brandon worked his butt off to accommodate us. He helped us till the end and then more the next morning. There was an issue with the tape marks and streaks on the paint. I didn't even have a chance to complain because Brandon jumped in and made sure it was taken care. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The experience was pleasurable. Thank you❤

CJ was super friendly and so helpful. Just a nice guy! I left some change in my old truck and he made sure he gave it back to me. It wasn’t an all day process. It was efficient and quick. I arrived after work and still had time to enjoy my dinner.
