Esse Health - Shiloh Internal Medicine

I visited this facility with my significant other (the patient) and was impressed from start to finish. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional (even after we had to reschedule a half hour because we went to the wrong location 🙄). They took us back to the exam room right away and did the usual workup before we saw the nurse practitioner. Gaylin Manion, FNP-C was fantastic. She was very thorough, truly cared about each and every issue that was brought to her attention, and offered legitimate short and long term solutions to those issues...instead of the usual assembly line treatment that so many of us are used to. It was a very “total patient” approach and is the exact reason why she switched from her previous caregiver. Very refreshing. Thank you, Gaylin, and thank you Esse Shiloh!
