“I had my surgery back in 2018. I can honestly say that he was very calm. His bed side manor was really great along with the staffs. They were all great, and over all just reassuring throughout the hole process. I wouldn’t have traded him, or of asked for anyone else. He was phenomenal. To say the least.”

“Dr Visconti is my hematologist. I couldn’t recommend a finer dr than him-he is professional, courteous, a great listener, and Is very skilled at explaining complex medical issues in terms that I can understand. I have never felt rushed when he’s in the exam room with me, and he never comes across as arrogant or condescending, which is a blessing these days. As for his business practices, his staff was friendly and accommodating, and I’ve never been made to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get into the exam room, nor while in the exam room waiting for the dr. Top notch on every level, and I would definitely refer my family and friends to Dr Visconti if his specialties were what they needed. He is the kind of dr one would expect when you hear the name Washington University in St. Louis.”

“My experience with everyone at this office has been great. Everyone is very kind. From reception to nursing to doctor. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve gotten me in quickly and I’ve had minimal wait times. I met with Dr. Ryan George to have a total thyroidectomy due to a cancerous nodule found. I did a bunch of research about my condition before I met him and compiled two pages of questions to ask him as I’m very thorough and want to know every thing I can. When we met, he was very kind, sincere and authentic. He explained everything to me right away from start to finish about everything and everything he was telling me was what I had found in my research so he seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. When he was finished talking to me about everything, he asked if I had any other questions and I looked down at my two pages of questions and started filtering through them realizing he had essentially answered every single one already. He took his time and was very patient with me. I know it sounds kinda weird but I was even taken back when at the end of everything, he told me how sorry he was I was going through this and that it was happening. It doesn’t sound like much, but in my experiences in the past with providers and even with people I’ve come to tell about my situation, not everyone takes the time to say something so simple like that which actually means a lot to me. He seemed very sincere is his concern for what I was going through and how serious it was (as I feel some providers act like it’s not as big of a deal as you feel it is). I had a few people suggest getting another opinion just to be sure or just because but I had absolutely no thought of seeking anyone else and thought he was perfect and trustworthy based on everything I’ve said here. Even my husband who can be hard to impress was very happy with him and his stress and feelings about the whole situation did a complete 180 as he felt so reassured and calm about the situation. They scheduled me as soon as possible for my surgery and were able to get me in even sooner due to a cancellation. He came in to greet me before the surgery to go over everything again being as thorough and kind as ever. The surgery went very well. My incision is looking great so far. I did have some increased swelling a couple days after that kinda concerned me. I assumed it was normal but you never know and when I called the office to let them know, they asked if I could come in within the next couple hours to examine me. They were sorry I had to drive all the way in but I was impressed that they could fit me in so quickly according to my schedule and I really liked that he wanted to me come in to examine it and touch it himself rather than just talk over the phone and dismiss it as being fine. His nurse Alyssa has been amazing as well helping me with anything I’ve needed every time I’ve called with anything and if she can’t answer at the moment, she’s very good at getting back to me right away. I highly recommend them and thank them so much for everything they’ve done for me.”

“Dr. Popovic was my mom's oncologist back in the mid-80s. My mom was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer and Dr. Popovic was awesome. It was a very traumatic time for my family, but mom had a lot of trust and confidence in Dr. Popovic and that really helped her cope. Mom ended up beating the cancer.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Helen for about 20 years. I was sad to see a review that Helen was rude as that has never been my experience and my daughter goes to her. My daughter had a baby at 17 and used Helen. I had developed a medical condition that recurred a few times. Each visit prior to and after the condition was always positive. She asks what’s new and how a person has been. She is quick on the annual exam but if you’re like me, the quicker you can get out of that position the happier you are. She gets the job done efficiently and it doesn’t hurt.”

“I have to say this. it's very hard to find a good Doctor these days and you know it! To Find Someone who really cares about your health and pains is very complicated. She has that human touch that many doctors don't have. I'm very selective person and I know when I see the best. If you are looking for a Doctor that really cares about you and getting the right treatment, then you need to see her! She is the most reliable doctor in St. Louis.”

“Broke left hip on Saturday morning. Surgery was delayed until Corona test was completed. Dr. Baumer was ready to go with the test came back Sunday morning at 9:10 and I was on the table at 10 am. I don't know any Surgeons that would take a weekend to take car of a new patient.”

“I've been seeing my counselor for a little over a year to help with something that has been a long time coming that I've been avoiding. My counselor has helped me so much with my grief, amongst other concerns, that I feel like she has assisted me in my recent achievements. For the longest time I avoided seeing a counselor because I figured I could handle things on my own and I was talking to my friends and family. However, she helped me understand a few things that even people who had known about my story for so long hadn't been able to recognize. I strongly advocate for anyone that feels they're in a tough spot, dark spot, whatever kind of spot to seek help with a counselor. My insurance luckily covers a big portion of the bill and for me to spend $25 a visit that has helped me tremendously is so worth it. I truly feel grateful that I was able to find this practice over a year ago and that it has given me the tools to help cope with grief, as well as everything else going on in my life. All I can truly say is thank you to the practice and my counselor!”
