The manger provides assurance that they will do whatever it takes to ensure you're completely satisfied. And because it's a military base, their prices are guaranteed to be lower than other optical shops. I've gotten several pairs of glasses from here including prescription sunglasses and I've had a terrific experience every time! I am a customer for life!!
