Dollar General

A little better now that they aren't blocking aisles with carts. Still narrow with floor displays to maneuver around.

I have been shopping at the DG on Centreville Ave at least several times a week since 2018 when I moved to the neighborhood. If you shop at DG you know the challenges involved. Ever since Tammy came on as manager this store has improved! She gives absolutely incredible customer service and has ( unbelievably ) managed to make me look forward to my trips to DG. My 5 stars are for Tammy, because she certainly does make this store shine!

I had a issue with Dollar General a couple months ago. I received my monthly credit card statement and there was a $155 charge on it to DG. I knew it was an error so I called my credit card company and corporate DG they both said I would have to resolve it with the store where the purchase happened. The manager there " Tammy" was so helpful she worked until the issue was resolved and got my money refunded to me. She also went so far as to give me a gift card for my trouble. The store is usually very clean and well stocked. I have only come across one rude employee and I havent seen her for a while so maybe she got fired. The aisles are always clear and I never have a problem finding what I need. As far as Dollar General's go, I would say this one is one of the better options in the area. I've been to a few others around and they are dirty and smelly and have employee's that are very rude and dont really care about you or your shopping experience. So maybe try this one out.
