  Sameera was excellent from the time we walked in to order, to bringing us our food, taking our dishes and asking us multiple times if we needed anything! I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great people skills Sameera❤

  Megan at 5910 was exceptional. Helped us pick our order, brought it out with fresh parm, the whole nine yards.. felt like a fast food restaurant turned classic fancy Italian place

  The staff is very compassionate and very helpful. Never ever made us feel they didn’t care or didn’t want to help us.
  When your going through a death it’s like a bad dream that you can’t wake up from. Thank you very much for caring.
  I would highly recommend them.

  I loved my experience with them. They made sure my mom cremation was a breeze for me and my family. They made sure that we was taking care of us from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Metroeast Mortuary. Thank you again Shen we really appreciate you bring mom home to us.

  I would highly recommend Metroeast Mortuary. Our dear brother was in a nursing home and his cerebral palsy took control of his body. After spending 10 days in the hospital and 10 days in hospice he passed away very peacefully. We are out of state and dear sweet Charisse and Elizabeth made it possible to finalize our brothers funeral. Even in the early morning of his passing, they went above and beyond to stayed in touch throughout the next 72 hours. He was brought back to us quickly, so our family could have some peace. They are so kind and compassionate and even checked on us to see how we were doing. It is hard enough to lose a loved one and with Covid and being so far away it was next to impossible to imagine having to plan a funeral. Thanks to the good, kind people of Metroeast Mortuary, our family is at peace and feel as if our brother was taken care of with dignity. Our family will be forever grateful. These good people will go to heaven for sure. Thank you all,

  They were very professional, they make you feel like you are family. Charisse was very kind and caring. My son's home going was beautiful they did a fantastic job this will continue to be who our family call when the unexpected occur.

  Metro put my family at ease. This was the best experience ever. My so s funeral is still being talked about! I would recommend this funeral home to anyone that looses a loved one. No one else can compare. I never been to a funeral that displayed a memorial table, a obituary that looked like a magazine. His casket was sitting on glass lite up with color we had on. Simply beautiful. It was worth every $. I will only use Metroeast for my family❤

MetroEast Mortuary had our mom placed in a simple wooden box wearing her favorite P.J.s. The funeral directors drove overnight and our mom arrived at our family's burial plot at 9am and we had a simple, green, graveside service with close family.
