In reading the prior reviews, I echo what Stephen Bouchette wrote from approximately a year ago. We were completely satisfied with this company and all of the employees we dealt with from Sharon to Vern and Nick.

It's difficult to not repeat what Mr. Bouchette wrote in his review. We've had many disappointing experiences with other companies. It was so refreshing to work the Haier. Vern was extremely patient and helpful answering all of our questions before we committed. Nick's work ethic, knowledge and talent deserve high marks. He's a keeper!

I've called several local plumbers to try to get some help diagnosing a bad sewer line. After not being able to get an answer, someone referred Haier to me. I called them and explained the situation and they were able to send someone out to look the SAME DAY. Their technician Nick was very professional. He explained to me what he had done, the issues that existed (thoroughly), and the solutions available. (Basically, our sewer line was very old and collapsing at spots, and it would need to be replaced.) He was honest and direct. The next day I received a quote from Haier through email. I sent my questions to their estimator (Vern), who patiently answered them all, and discussed the process. When I agreed to their terms they scheduled my project. The next day I had a question, and Nick answered my call late in the afternoon and provided the answer, also telling me he had stopped by to double-check earlier in the day when he was on a project nearby. That is above and beyond, and very much appreciated. They completed the project two days after I agreed to the contract, and now I can finally poop again in peace! The experience of working with Haier was EXCELLENT, which is not always the case when working with a service company. I will definitely be referring them in the future.
