Excellent service at this place. My sister in-law's van broke down on her way to Nashville. Luckily she stumbled upon Streuters Autocare. They repaired her car and got her back on the road in no time. This is a jewel of an automotive repair shop. Well done!

On my way to Indiana .. Car started to over heat, looked up auto repair shops and saw Streuters was just down highway .. Car thermostat was high but I chanced it and made it ...
Kevin saw the problem .. reservoir tank ( next to radiator ) had become unreliable..
he got a used one installed it and had me back on the road .. and no problems going on trip there and back home days later.

I was on a road trip when my car starting having issues on the interstate. We coasted to the Exit 41 ramp, where I called for a tow truck and ended up down the road at Streuters Autocare. Pat, Kevin, and James were working that day and they were all so kind and welcoming to me. Kevin was able to look at my car shortly after I brought it in, but unfortunately, it was worst case scenario and required a new engine. Given my car’s age and mileage, we decided to save the repair money for a new vehicle. Once we decided that, Kevin and Pat even helped me arrange a local sale so it wasn’t such a loss.

Throughout the whole ordeal, everyone at Streuters was exceptionally kind and understanding. These folks helped turn a bad situation into a much better one and I am beyond grateful for their kindness. If I lived in or around Okawville, I would 100% take my vehicles to Streuters for maintenance and repairs!

Duding a road trip across the country our car started having issues so we pulled off the road and found Streuter Auto. Thank goodness!! They were able to handle our car right away and were incredibly kind and welcoming. Streuter turned our misadventure into a very pleasant experience. 5/5!!
