“Absolutely amazing customer service. Every team member will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met to the best of their abilities. Unfortunately they do not have showers at this particular location (in Channahon), BUT the employees will help locate a Pilot in the surrounding areas that best suits your route. They have a rewards system that you can earn points to take money off your items or earn free items. They also have daily riddles and brain teasers on the service desk that can earn you free items for the correct answer! It is one of the most friendly and fun truck stop/convenience stores I have ever been to! I do recommend everyone to check this place out for yourself!”

“Right off the highway, and I mean literally you get off and boom the road ends in their driveway. You can Park on the shoulder as soon as you get off the highway and onto the main road. Quiet place. Greeted by a lovely young women at the office. Checks you in, you back up and forklift guy takes your paperwork. Unloading is always done within 20 mins max. They let you sweep out your trailer as well which is great as many of these Pete moss locations don’t let you do that.”
