“Monday ,December 10, 2018 When you have plumbing troubles Call them . Excellent customer service.Was able to get us help quickly . Fix the problem as well as they could to keep thing moving along . However they discovered a much larger serious issue that will need additional attention. I will have them return to do that work . Replacing a cracked portion of the main sewer . With out there discovery of this the results would be drastic . Glad I called Reid & Pederson Tuesday ,December 11 , 2018The day prior Jose discovered a cracked sunken blocked main sewer line . Bright and early Rico,Alfonso and Mason came to our rescue . It was a major repair job inside and outside ! They had to replace a major portion of the sewer line inside our home and 12 feet outside . It involved back hoeing out and down 6 feet. to to the necessary repair . They accomplished this in one day ! They worked swiftly , safely, cleanly and got things moving properly down and out . It may not be the Christmas present I wanted but it was the Christmas present we really needed.”
