Best Dr, very patient, kind, professional and very informative.

Dr. Al Kassar has been my children's pediatrician since they moved over to the Oak Lawn office. My youngest use to be hospitalized every year since birth at least 2-3 times a year for a full week. Dr. Al Kassar diagnose the problem and she hasn't had to go back since and she's now 7 years old. This doctor has A great bedside manner, he listens to the patient and the parents concerns. This doctor doesn't just diagnose his patients without proof (testing) and plenty of follow up care, his staff has great customer service, they make sure all there records are up to date on the patient as well as the personal file history of the insurance and the personal file.... The staff never have you waiting all day like my old doctor, even when there crowed they keep you informed without you happening to constantly ask.. If you need an appointment with a specialist and you're unable to get a appointment within a reasonable time frame they will assist you with a better appointment date or refer you to someone else within your insurance network when possible... There always so helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm only doing this review because I've had a chronic illness since 2008 and I know when you come across a GREAT CLINIC and A GREAT SET OF DOCTOR'S and THERE STAFF HAPPENS TO BE GREAT AND ALWAYS HAPPY, YOU HAVE TO COMPLIMENT THEM

Best Doctor ever with amazing staff. He has taken care of my kids since they were newborns. He is truly the best. Also his staff is amazing they take really good care of my kids and my kids love them. Best doctors office ever.
