Encore Memory Care at Bolingbrook

We moved my mom to Encore after several months at a different memory care facility. The former place was understaffed and the CNAs were somewhat impatient with Mom. Mom, in turn, would become feisty and difficult, even sometimes violent, with the staff. Encore was a wonderful, welcome change! Right from the start, from the way they welcomed Mom and got her settled to the attention she received and the calm, patient, loving staff, everything was just what Mom needed. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. Mom could still be feisty, but she was calmer and no longer aggressive or violent. They took excellent care of her. Sadly, Mom passed away just a few months later. It's been over a year, but I still think of Encore of Bolingbrook fondly.

Encore has highly trained Administrative staff as well as a highly trained and dedicated team of caregivers.
The greeting is warm and friendly as soon as you walk through the door.
I toured with the Sales Director (Albert) and he did an amazing job.

Our family has been so pleased with the care and service that our mother has been receiving from the cleanliness of the building. The level of care provided is exceptional. The staff is highly dedicated to their work and excel at it. In my view, the nurses and caregivers are top-notch. Residents are kept engaged and active throughout the day. Whenever I visit my mother, it feels like a big family gathering, which I value greatly. For your loved one, I highly recommend this place.

My mom has been here for 2 years now. This is a great place, the staff is wonderful and caring, and they have many nice activities for the residents.
