“Unfortunately I have had two issues in the last two weeks with a leaking furnace and Sump Pump that was stuck and grinding. Fortunately I found Leipart Heating and Cooling who responded next day in one instance and same day in the other. As someone who is not handy Leipart came to my house and took the time to diagnose the issue then took time to explain to me the issues and why they had to fix what they did. They even offered to go to Home Depot and get me new filters. From a pricing perspective they were well within budget in comparison to the other companies we called. They could have taken advantage of someone like me but did the exact opposite. I can not recommend Leipart enough. With all the competition out there I recommend you give them a chance. They are a smaller company so give a much more personal experience. I have now met almost the entire crew and will call them with any issue I have.”

“DRIVER: Can take a break here. They have 1 unisex bathroom for use and no lounge/vending stuff that drivers can access. The clerks are nice enough. You might get lucky and get loaded early if they have the capacity however, in our experience (Team truck) they only ever load you within 2 hours of getting a door and will only put you in a door at your appointment time. THIS IS A PRODUCTION FACILITY. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE CREATED UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. That's why it takes so long to get loaded and why you get screwed if you show up late. For the love of everything good in the world. GET HERE ON TIME. If you're going to miss your appointment or be late for whatever the reason you will be left waiting until all other scheduled on time appointments are done. If you think you won't make it on time skip this load, ditch it and go somewhere else.. unless you need a 34 break then by all means show up late! Otherwise as far as loading times, usually in and out of a door pretty fast. I've never delivered here so can't speak to that.”

The greeter at the front door is super friendly and the check in process only took minutes. While you wait you can treat yourself to free coffee, tea, and pastries. The actual wait only ended up being 10 minutes. I was impressed.”
