For example, they drilled out a broken bolt for the clamp that holds the battery and put a new one in for 10 bucks. “I have purchased many cars and dread going to dealerships but Nicole S. changed the whole experience and made it a very positive one. My lease was going to end in February and I knew I needed to get another car before then so I went in without intentions on purchasing but solely getting an idea on prices and cars. Nicole had a great personality right off the bat and was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable.
