Helen is a fabulous seamstress & has done work shortening pants for my son. On multiple occasions I have needed alterations on clothing that has needed to be shortened or taken in. I am most impressed that she will make suggestions from the eyes of a seamstress, that I would not have even noticed. She is currently working on my mother-of the bride-dress which requires quite a bit of work & I trust her opinion completely. I stopped at Steerhogs after seeing an article in the local paper, and the owner, Mark, explained the process of cooking the brisket and offered their options of lean brisket vs. fatty brisket. Steerhogs offers both! We ordered lean brisket, pulled pork, rib tips, and their spicy green beans. My husband stated that everything was outstanding, and I fully agree!”
