There’s nothing this company won’t do for it’s employees and patients. From a registered nurse perspective Vital checks all of the boxes. I am confident when patients are transported via Vital Ambulance/Medi-car. The EMTs/Medics are professional, respectful, & compassionate when interacting with nursing staff and patients needing transportation. I have never worked around Vital schedule they work around the RN staff, patient, and patient family needs. This company takes pride in their work. When using Vital you won’t be disappointed.
