Extremely diligent and thorough in everything they do. Great communication and updates and solid/reliable equipment. Handles my freight with the care and respect as if it was his own freight. I STRONGLY recommend reaching out to Hakem if you need any freight moved, especially w/in the Chicago-Land area.
