“This Baskin-Robbins is absolutely excellent in every single way you can measure. Having left the worst-by-any-metric B-R I've ever set foot in perhaps fifteen minutes before coming here made this place look even better, but it really didn't need the help. The entire store is bright and well-lit with natural and artificial lights. Every surface - including the walls and floor but particularly all the glass and stainless steel - is pristinely sparkling clean. Being a B-R/DD, there's tonnes of cups and mugs and whatnot on display. Their ice cream selection was absolutely perfect. They literally had a little bit of everything in the case, including my beloved bubble gum. Thus, anyone who wanted ice cream would almost certainly find *something* that appealed to them. The best part was the customer service, though. The employees were all friendly and polite, happy to chat and joke a bit, and sure that we not only could but should taste a few flavors before picking one. (It was mid-afternoon on a weekday and thus quiet.) Getting ice cream there was a pleasure I plan to repeat in the future and I recommend that you do the same.”

“We used to go to the Pop's Italian Beef in Romeoville. After several trips where the food was not what we'd come to expect, we found another beef shop. For me, the main issue was that they had *really* odd ideas about gyro meat. Instead of long, thin, strips of meat, the meat was chopped up into tiny bite-size pieces. Trying to dip that was a pain, and it simply didn't taste right. We liked the service and other food there though, so we were happy to try a new location when we came upon this one. That turned out to be a good choice! The service here is just as good, the food just as yummy, *and* they know how to cut gyro meat. It's a win all the way around! We'll definitely be back.”
