“Our upright freezer did not appear to be working, so I quickly googled “appliance repair” and Suburban Appliance Repair popped up. I explained the issue we were having and much to my surprise, I was told that he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. This was at 5:30 PM on a Thursday night. I couldn’t believe he was going to come out right away, but I was very thankful. So now I know what to tell an electrician to look for. Even though he ended up not doing any work for me, I would highly recommend this company. He clearly knows how to treat customers the right way. I will not hesitate to call him in the future, should the need arise.”
