Grand Dental - Lockport

Alright so I haven’t been to a dentist in years, (I know! Shame on me) but believe me when I say I loved going to see Dr. Bice.

First of all the staff was really welcoming. There was always someone popping in to make sure we were being taken care of, weren’t waiting too long. First thing I wasn’t really expecting. The energy around the place seemed warm, hospitable and it seemed like everyone really enjoyed being at work. Mind you this was the day we had the crazy amount of snow. May as well been 87° and sunny!

Then? It’s the staff again. I had somehow gotten around to telling one of the assistants about a previous experience I had with a dentist, the reason I kinda stopped going to see dentists overall. Well that story made itself around to the doctor who when introducing himself mentioned that he’d change my opinion on dentists. 🤨😒(yeah right I’m thinking)

Dr. Brandon. Words can’t express how comfortable this man allowed me to be. His demeanor was professional but not in an overly stuffy way. He was friendly, approachable, WARM, and best of all GENUINE. My teeth are, or I should say, were my least favorite feature/trait about myself and after an x ray I was given options I believed were impossible. He cared more than just about doing his job. It literally felt like he cared about me. And I barely knew the guy.
Now. I may, or may not have a low pain tolerance. All depends who you ask but this was my most pain free dentist visit ever. IN MY LIFE. No judgement from ANY of the staff. This review IS long yes but that’s because I NEED to stress the quality of these guys. Especially with how the world is going. These guys are a gem. Really. Go check them out. I know my family and I will be for years to come. 😁

(I didn’t mention the assistant’s name in my original post, there were two of them that really helped me. One was Lin, and I’m so sorry I don’t have the others name but the whole team is great) also I know my review is long but when your whole perception of what a Dr/dentist visit can be is changed so dramatically I had to express everything)

Grand Dental Lockport is a great dental practice! My family has been so happy with the care that we have received. Erin is our dental hygienist and we absolutely LOVE her! Dr. Dave is really great too! The entire staff has been so friendly. They do nice community events and have neat little goodies for kids. They offer exceptional dental care and they have a really nice family atmosphere. We are very pleased that we found Grand Dental Lockport!

This dental office is incredible. The staff are always warm and genuine. The dental hygienist, Kevin, and the dentist, Dr. Bice, were absolutely exceptional during my visit. They are professional, experienced, personable, honest, and kind. I have always had a fear of dental visits but these two made me feel calm and welcomed throughout the entire visit. The experience here is always a 10/10. Highly recommend!

I have to say the level of care and comfort they give you is outstanding. I highly recommend any procedure from this well run and cordial facility
