“Whitmore has really turned this place around. I hated shopping at this Ace because there was rarely someone to help and when there was they were not friendly. The opposite is the case after my recent experience. I was at the currency exchange and needed two items from the hardware store. Rather than drive to Lowe's, I went into Ace. They was immediately someone to help. They would've got five stars but we're sold out of the Christmas lights I wanted. They did arrange for my items to be at the counter in their Manhattan store however.”
