Im am saddened to see all the bad reviews of Dr. Milik he was my doctor when he was with Riverside Hospital and the clinic there in Monee i really loved Dr. Milik and the staff at Riverside clinic he was the best Dr. I have ever had when i was moving out of state i joked with him that i wish he would move his practice i did see him once or twice at the St. James clinic the staff there weren't as good as the Riverside staff but i was there for Dr. Milik not his staff . I hope he can listen to the patients anout how badly they are treated by his staff because i feel he is a great doctor.
I too wait patiently for the Dr. but when its my turn he answers all my questions & reviews test results and we discuss the positives & negatives & he is never in a hurry. That's why we wait. The visits are sometimes quick & sometimes not. I always get taken care of professionally & the office staff is always friendly. I have been going to him for 3 years and will continue to do so. I feel that he has my health as his priority & I love the new Portal where I can view my records.
The other problem with patients is sometimes they make appointments and don't show up or bother to call. I think that's why they sometimes overbook to cover that. I honestly have never seen a Dr.'s office that does not do this.
He actually had Saturday hours until recently. He had to get rid of it because a lot of patients would book the day & never show up and unfortunately he is stuck with the staff costs for the day. Why not step on his side for a little bit & see what you would do?
The Insurance Companies & Drug Companies & Drug Chains are ruining the Medical Field in my opinion.
