I’m claustrophobic so I was very nervous for my MRI brain scan. However the staff members and technicians at the New Lenox location were extremely kind and patient, so I honestly had a great experience. They care about patient comfort, and have the option to listen to music during the scan. They also have a wide bore machine for claustrophobic patients, and in the room there are colorful ceiling lights that have pictures of palm trees to help put you at ease. I definitely recommend!

I came to have an US done by Ashley and she was so extremely nice and explained everything she was doing. The office was clean and nice. The front desk girls were quick, efficient, and very kind. ALL the employees here def love what they do and have a knack for customer service. Would def come back here for any future testing if I need anything!

I had scary issues with my stomach and my Dr referred me to this office for an Ultrasound. She said the cost was a lot lower then the hospital and they could get me in the same day which was exactly what I wanted. I walked into the office handed over my order and the girls at the front desk got to work right away. One dealt with insurance (which is always a pain) quoted the exam all while the other got all my information and set me up with my appointment. The ultrasound tech was so kind, helpful and put me at ease. Every inch of the office is beautiful and most importantly clean. I HIGHLY recommend!! Great team work ladies and thank you for being so kind!!

The technicians at both locations New Lenox and Joliet were very kind to my 84 year old mom. There are two ladies at the Joliet location that were extremely helpful regarding my mother.
Sylvia in the scheduling department was amazing. She went above and beyond in helping me get all the necessary labs reports, prior procedure post op reports etc so my mom could get an MRI as soon as possible.
And Lisa was very helpful on Friday, Aug 21,2020 when she left the staff appreciation party to do my moms X-ray. Both ladies were professional and helpful. If only there were more people this kind.
