(January 9, 2019, 9:34 am)My experience at this gym is awesome, the people there are very kind, supportive, and motivated of one another, I've been a member of this gym 1 yr. this is the longest I've ever been at a gym! The coaches there are sooo awesome and down to earth, and they are there to help you by any means necessary with your goals!

(March 8, 2018, 9:05 pm)I didn't know what to expect when I started and was a little nervous about going out of my comfort zone. I decided to try the six week challenge to try it out. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Only 5 weeks in and I feel fantastic! Definitely stronger and my clothes are looser.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and give sound educated advice. Definitely years of experience here.
I can't say enough about the comradery here. Everyone is so encouraging to everyone else and no matter what level you are at, they push you to do your personal best. I love the accountability, no BS, no excuses, you got this attitude!
