  Jameka is wonderful! She is kind and had wonderful stories. She makes you feel like you’ve been friends since childhood.
  She made me so comfortable about my myofascial release massage therapy (from my bilateral mastectomy).
  She taught me different methods on how to use the tools at home.
  She makes the entire (and scary) process so easy. She put my mind and body at ease in seconds.

  I have been going here for awhile and I can't say how much I love this place. Ashley gets into the muscles and really works them out for me. She has been really great on getting me back on track with my lower back and hip issues. I am now doing maintenance but knowing that she is just down the street if I need something has been really great!

  The Anointed Hands Team has been awesome. I have worked with nearly everyone there as they work around my schedule!
  Ashley has been great to work with helping me with my pain…fixing issues and form.
  Jameka has been great too! And I can’t forget the great work I have received from Dawn and Kristina!!! My family goes to them now. These Ladies are great! And they are now my goto Team.

  I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I traveled 40 minutes to get to this location based on an initial consultation with Jameka who was SUPERB by the way. Today, the therapist Ashley was very professional, reassuring, and extremely attentive to my reactions. She stretched, massaged, and sent me home with more recommended stretches. I left feeling like a brand new person and totally relieved of lower back pains. My commute time was well worth it and I will be returning weekly 😀.

  I felt so much better just after 1 visit. I saw Jameka when I thought I've sprained my ankle, she recommended I get an x-ray because just by the bruising she thought it might be broken. She was right. With just that one dry needling session she released so much pressure and swelling I was able to bend my ankle again. I highly recommend Jameka and dry needling, it’s painless and so worth it! (if you are like me and needles are not your thing just close your eyes :)

Ashley Holden, DPT, CERT DN. Ashley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2005. She obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2005 and is also certified in Dry Needling. Ashley is married with 2 children and enjoys horse back riding with her daughter on their horse Squeak!
