Provided more than expected on a used truck sale. We had our 20’ box sent over and they installed on used cab and chassis. Despite parts being difficult to acquire and everything taking longer than usual to complete; they kept me apprised and did a great job

One review just isn't enough. I know I posted about the fantastic service we had securing a truck from Jose and his team, but it didn't stop there! Within a week, the engine brake was malfunctioning, making it impossible to have a successful regen and Jose sent his team to come and get it on Good Friday! They had it diagnosed on Saturday, parts ordered, replaced and the truck back to us by midday on Tuesday! NO WHERE gives that level of service with trucks in this new age of hard-to-find parts. My only regret is that we only need one truck at work. If that ever changes, I'll be calling Jose for another! True class act that puts the customer first!!!

Fantastic experience! They were very patient with the song-and-dance that comes with waiting for approval from upper management and once we had the green light were right on top of things. Super happy to have a gently used truck for our cross-town daily moves. Highly recommended!
