“WHAT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!! Both the nurse and the PA were very pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. When you are not feeling well, you want to get in and out yet get a thorough check up. All that happened with a great customer service attitude and caring bedside manner. The front desk attendants had good customer service as well. The tv screen with the list of names along with timeframe is also a nice addition. You don’t have to ask how much longer as you see it on the screen and as it updates.
